‘Mon Tout’ - in French, means ‘my everything’.  It's an ode to the great loves in our lives.
And that's what Mon Tout is for the winery. They've always loved the raw possibilities and natural outcomes of minimal intervention winemaking, and have worked over the years to source fruit with lower impact and gentler farming - which they believe is the future for wine. 
Grenache, Pinot Noir and Pinot Gris from Swan Valley, Pemberton and Margaret River.
Strawberries & spice and all things nice with a crisp dry finish.

Winemaking
Grenache & Pinot Noir - fruit from dry-grown old vines are handpicked and then whole bunch pressed to stainless steel where the juice is given extended contact with solids for 10 days prior to ferment to build texture. Juice is then racked to big old French oak puncheons to undergo cool and slow ferment.
Pinot Gris - harvested in the cool of night and then crushed to ceramic egg,
where the wine stayed in contact with skins for 2 weeks extracting pink blush colour and vibrant rose water aromatics.
Tasting Notes
An elegant, supple and giving expression of Rosé with a kaleidoscope of aromatic intrigue and an alluring palate presence – Strange Love is deliciously refreshing, sneakily complex and leaves a lingering sensation of thought-provoking pleasure. Grenache and Pinot Noir combine to promote raspberry coulis and white strawberry on the bouquet, while Pinot Gris slides underneath to wrap these red fruits in a basket of soft citrus, pear skin and gentle floral blossoms. The textured palate allows for saline and spice accents to emerge from a swirl of fresh red fruit flavours, driving effortlessly towards a crisp dry finish that only builds anticipation for the next sip.
