Returns and Refunds -

  • Please note that we do not offer a return or refund due to change of mind, all returns and refunds are handled in compliance with the Australian Consumer Law.

  • If some problem arises with your order, please call us at 0413348805 within business hours so it can be resolved.

  • If you wish to return your order -

    • Contact us within 24 hours of purchase describing the issue with your order including a photo of said issue, or come into our store with the order within 24 hours of purchase. 

    • We request this so that we can fully understand the problem and work to resolve it in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.

  • Under the condition we are unable to resolve your complaint or further assist you, we will offer a partial refund, upon timely receipt of the purchased goods. All refunds are made at the discretion of Florist At Your Door.

  • For online and phone orders/purchases -

    • Refunds will be credited back to the original card on which the order was purchased.

  • For in store orders/purchases -

    • Refunds may be processed through the original credit card for which the order was purchased or by EFTPOS only.

    • For any cash orders/purchases, refunds will be issued as a voucher for the same amount paid. Cash will be issued, provided a receipt is supplied to prevent fraud.

  • If a redelivery is required, we will take the relevant arrangement from you and a re-delivery fee will also apply. This is calculated in the same way as all of our delivery fees.

Cancellation -

  • A cancellation notice can be made in-store, via email or by phone call.

  • If a cancellation notice is received by Florist At Your Door 24 hours before the scheduled delivery date, a refund of $10 less than your order amount will be processed due to administrative fees. For example, if the order totalled $100, the refund will be $90 in this case.

  • If a cancellation notice is received by Florist At Your Door less than 24 hours before the scheduled delivery date, a 60% refund will be authorised of the total order value. For example, if the order totalled $100, the refund will be $60 in this case.

  • Florist At Your Door is unable to cancel orders which are created and out for delivery, or have already been fulfilled.

  • Cut flowers may last 3 or more days if looked after by the recipient. This includes -

    • Cutting stems regularly (on an angle).

    • Ensuring fresh water in the arrangement vase and watering daily.

    • Keeping arrangements in a cool place out of direct sunlight and away from heaters, air-conditioners, fans and televisions.

  • Flowers are​ living things and how long they last is dependent on various factors such as the season, environment and type. Unfortunately, they will perish but to get the most satisfaction and value from our florals, correctly caring for them is vital.

Delivery Informtion

Delivery Information

​General Information -

  • Florist At Your Door offers an extensive delivery service with same day delivery to Mandurah and surrounding areas. This delivery service is available with flower orders placed online, over the phone or in our Mandurah Florist located at Dolphin Quay, Mandurah. 

  • While we strive to deliver on time, rare unforeseen circumstances may arise meaning we can not always guarantee a dedicated time for delivery. 

  • Customers are solely responsible for the providing of accurate and complete delivery information at the time of purchase, we must stress the importance of checking the delivery information you provide to ensure it is correct.

  • Florist At Your Door accepts no liability for delivering to a wrong address if it is due to the providing of incorrect delivery information by the customer.​​

  • We will always ensure that we are as accurate as possible with our product descriptions and pricing.

  • All prices quoted are inclusive of GST and all prices are quoted in Australian dollars. 

  • Flowers and plants are seasonal and subject to availability on the day of delivery. 

  • Hamper items are subject to availability on the day of delivery.

Delivery schedules -

  • Florist At Your Door Delivers between 11am - 6pm Monday through Saturday.

  • We are closed on Sundays and public holidays, orders placed on these days will be delivered the following business day. 

  • If you need to arrange an early delivery prior to 11am, please contact the store in advance (at least 2 days prior to the scheduled delivery). 

  • We are unable to give you an exact delivery time, your preferred times are aimed for but not guaranteed.

  • All deliveries to commercial location orders will be delivered before 5pm unless stated otherwise.

  • All deliveries to residential addresses will be delivered by 6pm unless stated otherwise.

Further delivery information -

  • Commercial Deliveries will be left at main reception or with security for collection.

  • For residential deliveries, if there is no answer, the delivery will be left by the door in a cool shady spot. You will receive a photo as proof of this with delivery confirmation.

  • Hospital deliveries will be left at the main reception for staff or nurses to pass on.

  • Aged care deliveries  will be left at the reception for staff to distribute.

Failed Deliveries -

  • In the event of a failed delivery, same-day delivery cannot be guaranteed. This includes but is not limited to causes such as:

    • Customer providing the incorrect delivery details.​

    • Inaccessible delivery locations.

    • Unsafe delivery locations.

    • A safe, shady and cool place cannot be found to leave the delivery.

  • Florist At Your Door will also attempt to contact the sender through mobile, text and/or email in these circumstances to arrange redelivery or collection from our studio at the next available day and time.

  • If the order needs to be resent this will incur a re-delivery fee at the same cost unless an alternative delivery address is provided, in which case a new delivery fee apply.

Pre-order and Pickup -

  • We highly recommend pre ordering your flowers or gifts online to avoid missing out.

  • If you wish to pick up your order please pre order online and enter your desired pick up or delivery date.
